Our Story
Texas Roots, Kansas Neighbors
We're a husband and wife who moved from Texas to Kansas in 2015. We do all the cooking and grilling ourselves, fresh every day.
For the past two years we've been sharing our Texas-style BBQ with friends and neighbors here in Kansas — and now we're serving it straight from our mobile food trailer.
